BULLCON SYSTEM

BULLCON SYSTEM - compound words of “BULLdozer” and “CONveyor” - is developed by us Nippon Conveyor for hauling mass volume of earth and is specialized machine for spreading earth at landfill site. It has crawler at regular interval so that it can move in traverse and flabellate direction while hauling earth.

Combining with shiftable and stationary conveyors, BULLCON realizes landfill work extensively with continuous operation. When needs relocation as landfill work progresses BULLCON can move to anydirection by turning its crawlers.

BULLCON was employed for landfill works of “Sea Park” in Yokohama and artificial island for GOBO power plant of Kansai Electric Power Co. , Inc.

EARTHMOVER CONVEYOR

Because of extremely narrow national land area Japan created national land development projects, which is unprecedented in the world, by filling sea with earth which was obtained leveling the hill. The first project in this field was carried out in 1961 in Kobe. Excavated earth at Rokko mountain chain, which locates hinterland of the city, was transported to the nearby sea to create coastal industrial zone (5,430,000m3) and artificial island (1,406,000m3). The hill side area where leveled after excavating earth was developed as residential area (28,310,000m3).

In this project, conveyor system that we supplied by Nippon Conveyor was installed evading congested rails and roads, and successfully operated without noise emission, exhaust and accident which go along with vehicle transportation.

Our conveyor system also contributed to Kansai International Airport construction work of phase 1 and 2 by transporting more than 200million m3 of earth.
